Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

 

In extenuating circumstances, prior to the commencement of the season and at the discretion of the Officers of the Board of Directors (Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary Treasurer) (the “Officers”), refunds may be issued due to injury suffered by a member. The payment method of the refund will also be at the discretion of the Officers. The decision of the Officers is final.
 

Requests for refunds shall be made in writing with appropriate medical information to admin@southamptontennisclub.ca.
